JBANコンベンション21st in TOHOKU 日程およびテーマ発表！
この度JBANコンベンション21stを、平成29年8月28日（月）～30日の3日間にわたり、
岩手県盛岡市のいわて県民情報交流センター（アイーナ）にて開催いたします！
一人でも多くの方にバルーンのあふれんばかりの魅力を見てほしい、知ってほしいという
目的で21回目のコンベンションは東京を離れ、地方での開催となります。
当初いちはやく、手を上げて下さったのが東北のJBAN会員の皆様でした。
そこで本年度より、コンベンションは、開催地域にて「コンベンション実行委員会」を設立し、
実行委員会（JBAN会員で構成）を中心にコンベンションを運営いたします。
そして、JBANコンベンション21st in TOHOKU開催に際し、
テーマが下記のように決定いたしましたのでご連絡いたします。
まずは実行委員会を代表して実行委員長からご挨拶させていただきます。

皆様こんにちは。
昨年の９月12日に実行委員会を発足し、皆 熱い思いを持って、それぞれの役割で現在奮闘中です。
夏の東北といえば「祭」！
「行ってみたい！」
「見てみたい！」
「感じてみたい！」
ワクワクするような想いが、感動となって、祭りの笛や太鼓のように
東北から日本中へ、
そして世界へと響き渡るJBANコンベンションを創ります。
コンベンション開催まで、随時情報を発信して参りますので、どうぞご期待ください！

JBAN convention 21st in TOHOKU The Theme & Schedule
JBAN convention 21st will be held August 28-30, 2017,
in Iwate Prefecture Citizen’s Cultural Exchange Center – Aiina (Morioka City, Iwate prefecture).
In order that we would like as many as people to view and know the fascination of
balloon, the convention 21st will be held out of Tokyo, but province/countryside town.
JBAN members in Tohoku area showed their intention of organizing convention at first.
So from this year, we set up the “executive convention committee” and the convention
will be organized by them which are composed by JBAN members in the venue area
And at JBAN convention 21st in TOHOKU, we inform that the theme was decided as follows.
First of all, on behalf of the Executive Committee, the chairman, Takao Fujimura, Balloon Sketch, send a greeting.

Dear All.
Since we launched the JBAN Executive Committee on September 12th 2016,
we are working hard with our own roles and passionate feeling.
Speaking of summer in Tohoku is “Festival”!
“I wanna go!”
“I wanna see!”
“I wanna feel!”
We will create JBAN convention that revolutionizes from Tohoku to Japan and to the world,
as if everyone’s exciting feelings become a impression, and it
sounds like festival whistle and Japanese drum.
We will send out information continually until the convention, so please expect it.
